At Charlton, we believe that children develop confidence and independence through gaining new skills and embracing new experiences. Mastering these skills gives children opportunities to be successful, raises their self esteem. and helps them to build up greater capacity for learning. We seek to offer a rich and vibrant range of extra-curricular opportunities that will appeal to children and enable them to pursue their own interests and talents.
The clubs, extra tuition and additional learning opportunities take place, during school hours, after school and in school holidays. A new list of activities is posted every term on the link below.
Some children may be eligible for financial support to enable them to enjoy these opportunities. Please click on the link to see if your child is eligible and contact the Mrs Macleod in the School office.
The safety of children at Charlton is always or first priority. Whilst some clubs and activities are run by teachers, others are provided by external tutors who are subject to statutory safety checks.
